Co-Investment Highlights

Direct Returns: Investors – our limited partners – can directly engage in each transaction or portfolio of transactions by providing capital in USD to IMS’s purchase of the client contracted goods. Each transaction delivers returns at SONIA + 6% (11.19% pa) – SONIA being the Sterling Overnight Interbank Average Rate

Short-term Cycles: Each investment cycle is approximately 2 months (the time it takes to internationally ship the underlying goods that secure each transaction), allowing for rapid turnover and re-investment, secured by our shippers’ buyback commitment. Yet, each investment can be rolled-over indefinitely to yield equivalent returns over longer investment horizons.

Superior Returns: After costs, our business model offers a net annual return of 8.95% to our limited partners on their USD co-investment, significantly higher than traditional banking investments post costs.
